Having attempted to run a PPC campaign myself to limited success, I spoke with Adrac who immediately indicated easy and cost effective ways to enhance our site to generate more interest. Our cost per click has been dropping and our click to apply ratio increasing.

Google now makes up over 50% of our new business and we are continuing and will continue to increase our budgets on a monthly basis. Adrac has taken time out to get to know our business

We've had a working relationship with Adrac for a number of years and have run a plan for Google Advertising covering 8 European countries and the UK. Our business is internet based and 90% of our business comes via emails and the internet.

Our Adrac account manager has been excellent at keeping a watchful eye on our account and gives us a monthly phone call telling us just how many hits we have had, which keywords and phrases are doing well and which ones may be misleading and perhaps we should review them. We get good general advice on presentation and where to place our Ads.

We discuss budgets so that our account manager can get a feel for what we can afford and what we would like as a return on our investment. Our Adrac account manager has never tried to make us spend more than we can afford and listens when we talk about budgets for now and in the future.

We are impressed that Adrac has taken time out to get to know our business, who our competitors are and how they are doing. We have conversations about what we do and our Adrac account manager is always interested - we sense she wants to know about it all so that she can help us to target the right client base.
